Summary: We stayed here on a family vacation for Spring Break. We were not impressed for multiple reasons. The house was not clean. I found trash, including candy wrappers on the floor and under the bed. Food crumbs on the floor of the living room. One of the living room chairs was obviously broken to the point of being unusable. Whoever checked the house didn't take any time to look around, or it would have been noticed. There were not nearly enough bath towels, and some of them were damp (put away wet after laundry?). The entire house felt like a quick flip to rent. Lots of small things wrong such as loose doorknobs, damaged doors, switchplates without screws, a bin of random used clothes in the garage. The bottom of the pool was not clean, making the entire pool unappealing. This was disappointing since the pool was a main reason we chose this house. The AC had trouble keeping up on a few days in the upper 80s. I'm sure it would be quite uncomfortable on any summer days in the 90-100 range. There was a decent amount of space and the 2 car garage was nice. It was convenient to the interstate. I would not rent this house again, and I would actually avoid any other rentals managed/owned by this company. I have my own VRBO and would be embarrassed if mine was in this condition.
